We are a long-established Business Development Centre for business leaders and their consultants, mentors, advisors and coaches (CMAC®).
Through a team of dedicated professionals, we specialise in supporting business entrepreneurs and business CMACs® on their journey to success.
A business consultant and mentor for over 20 years, Michelle Lestas brings enormous experience to our leadership. Michelle founded one of the first privately owned ILM small business training centres in Northern Ireland. Today she spends her time supporting business leaders to maximise their opportunity for business success and works with 100s of CMACs® to maximise their impact in the business development industry. Michelle has brought 8 types of entrepreneurial leadership to the small business arena through her book “In Business With Yourself” (Orpen Press, 2021).
Michelle is a Business Turnaround Specialist, Published Author, Business Columnist and Chair of the Association Business Mentors (Ireland).
