Operated by Michelle Lestas, the consultancy has worked on projects relating to the establishment of food and tourism experience hubs on behalf of local authorities and partnership organisations. There is also an extensive client base of individual agri-food and tourism businesses supported in the development of business plans, strategic plans, investment plans and marketing plans accessing significant financial backing.
